I will not recommend this location to anyone. After I returned the car and refueled it, they claimed that I had brought it back with an empty tank, even though I only drove 29 kilometers. In fact, I refueled the vehicle with more gas than I used, yet they charged me approximately $120 for supposedly returning the car with no fuel. Please note the following: The gas tank was at half when I picked up the car. I drove only 29 kilometers during the rental. This distance is not enough to consume half a tank of gas. I contacted U-Haul, and they advised me to return to the rental location to resolve the issue. At the location, staff acknowledged that I had refueled the car with more than was required. Later, the location called me and said they would refund only $7 out of the $120 charged. They are now asking me to call U-Haul again. This experience was extremely frustrating and unfair. I am requesting a full refund of the unjust fuel charge.

Secured a reservation for a 10ft truck, the day came to pick up and was not ready, apparently the guy before me extended his usage and no one called or text to say my truck was not ready, lucky they had another 15ft truck on site which was given to me at no upgrade charged, a call would have been nice after all what is a point of making a reservation

I picked up my Uhaul and my time was toll 1.12pm but the location in charge asked me to bring it back by 12.30 only as there is another appointment for 1pm, I rented it at 11.45 and she’s asking to return the vehicle at 12.30, doesn’t make any scene for me!

I had a good experience until I returned the vehicle. I only drove the truck 16 miles I put gas in and the gauge was higher than when I first picked up the truck. When I received the receipt there were fuel charges of $73.61 + taxes. I called the UPS store and asked what happened and the clerk agreed that the truck was returned with more fuel than required. He then told me call U-haul and they will refund you. I told him he is there 3rd party agent and he needs to provide service. He reluctantly agreed to contact U-haul. I received a new receipt with an $83.18 refund but the receipt showed the fuel at 3/8 so this leads me to believe something shady is going on. I don't know if the UPS store is pulling a fast one hoping I didn't notice or if U-haul has flawed software. Unfortunately I will never know but I won't be renting from U-haul in the future my advice is don't scam your customers or tolerate your 3rd party agents from scamming either!

I am disputing the mileage recorded for my trip there was no way I covered that distance, the mileage on record was different from what was on the picture I sent on the form. If I can get a copy of the dashboard picture I submitted, the mileage is different, I only travelled from Mississauga to Caledon twice.

This was not a good experience. Booking online was easy but the online information for the location is incorrect. I booked the rental to use Truck Share 24/7 for 8:30am on Nov. 13th because the online information stated that in-store pick up was unavailable until 9:30 am. I arrived on Nov. 13th at 8:35am, went through the app for the pickup and was informed that no truck was assigned to my reservation. I called customer service as requested and was told to return for counter pick up at 9:30am. I was forced to wait (waste) 45 minutes in a coffee shop and returned at 9:20am only to find out that the store opened at 9:00am. (wrong information online and with customer service rep) I was also told that this location only offers in-store pickup because it has no lock boxes. Booking for Truck Share 24/7 should not be an option when booking through the app for this location. Garbage from a previous rental was found when I opened the back of the truck. When I returned the truck I asked the clerk if he would check the mileage and the gas level to complete my return and he stated he would. When I did not receive a final invoice, I had to spend more unnecessary time on a phone call to customer service on the afternoon of Nov.14th. I was informed that the reservation had not been finalized and was still open. The customer service rep (Joanna Ritchie) called the store and was told that the clerk forgot to complete the closing of the rental. The bright spot in the whole fiasco was the excellent service of Joanna Richie. She listened patiently and sorted out the issue efficiently. She is very good at her job and should be commended. The $50 refund I received for my aggravation helped, but the online information for this location needs to be corrected so that other customers do not have the same frustrating, negative experience.

You mobile app did not work. I had to call the U-Haul customer center and waited on the telephone queue for almost 30 minutes when I picked up the vehicle. Again, when I returned the vehicle, I had to call the customer center again. I wasted almost one hour on the pick-up and return. If the mobile app works, I would probably give a 5 stars rating.

Have better customer service Give customers the product at the time requested with all rental items included not 2 hours later with the wrong or no rental items Worst moving truck company I have ever seen Suprised with current modern tech that you guys have such primitive tech and not even the minimalist amount of customer service
