I was charged 25 dollars by them to sweep out a tiny amount of dirt that would have taken one swipe of a broom. Also checking in electronically would not load a d when instructed to call no one answered. Left on hold hung up after 45 minutes.

She said the bottom lights were just for show. Couldn't get the lights to work. Trailer had debri in it. She didn't put my address or phone number on the contract and she had my license. She changed my rental trailer bc she didn't want to move a trailer to get it out. Had NO lights and it was dark and raining! Had no idea about road side assistance until I called the next morning. Didn't even know they were open 24 hrs. I will never go to this location and I do not recommend it to anyone! Seriously still upset over the whole thing!

Don't lie to customers if you say if they return a rental unit early they'll receive a partial refund then the customer should receive a partial refund.

The truck was dirty, the back of the uhaul truck was a mess and hadn't been cleaned out before my use, I ddI not get the moving blankets or the dolly with my truck the last three times I got a uhaul there I keep giving it chances after chances and it's all been terrible each time. The woman at the counter was friendly, kinda seemed as if she was in a rush to get me done, even though I was the only person there. Overall I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Staff was very helpful when making the reservation but no help at all when dropping off the trailer. We had to back up the trailer and unhook it by ourselves in very tight quarters. Help would have been very much appreciated.

Unfortunately I (the customer) had to move a 26ft uhaul truck and push a couple trailers out of the way to get access to the trailer I had rented. This was due to village laundry's employee unable to do so due to handicap. Which was fine but other arrangements could have been made. Also the employee didn't properly secure the trailer to my Ford Expedition.She didn't tighten the mechanism that attaches to the hitch ball. She didn't secure the chains properly either. Had I not redone the chains and tightened the trailer properly we probably would have had an accident. Very disappointed

I checked in the uhaul myself they still charged me the $20. I called uhaul and was told that someone would be calling me back to fix it and I havent heard from anyone. So I just lost money because people cant do their jobs.

I would recommend this location because it is convenient if you live near there. However, the dispatchers are not well trained, they are not proficient with the computer, they are rude. They cost me almost $200. Indianapolis took the time to research their error. I'm currently waiting reimbursement.

Make sure the employee there for the pick up process knows what they are doing, go over return policy if the business is closed and make sure the customer knows your business hours.
