Sarah MEverything went smoothly and when we needed to extend the rental, we were happily and quickly accommodated. The only thing I would mention is the wind shield had a crack when we got it, which made me a bit anxious but my husband said it should be safe and photos were taken before we got it. Overall, it definitely made moving easier.

Stephanie SI rented the trailer for 24 hours. I returned the trailer after hours after having it for around 7 hours. The location did t check it back in like they were suppose to. They charged me for 2 days and I am still having issues getting refunded for the day I didn’t have the trailer.

Steve DTrash was left inside the vehicle, including food wrappers and cigarette butts. Staff at the location was dismissive and didn’t do a walk through inspection. Staff was not very informative about the whole process.

darrell mGood overall but more expensive than 7 months ago when we used uhaul and that move was twice the distance. The gas was nearly on empty when we picked it up and we filled it up and couldn't even use it up so dropped the truck off at least half way full. That isn't fair. I suggest having customers bring the trucks back on full that way it would be much easier to actually pay for what you use.
Lynette SAt least sweep out the back of the u haul for the use of next customer. It was wet an dirty in the back we had to sweep it out before we could put anything inside it .

JEFFREY WPlease be sure to provide the right key for the correct truck so that your customers don’t get miles out before being told (as they expected) that they had the wrong truck despite that being the key that fits it. If you are on location where the UHaul is distributed, and you see us visit the key box multiple times, clearly confused, please be sure to check with the customer (especially if you say you saw them through the establishment door when you called to get the truck back, at least 15min into the drive). The truck was fine for what it was used for, though. I understand how mistakes happen; it’s just frustrating on the customer side.

edgar cThe U-Haul was great. I just wish they would have let us know about all the extra fees when telling us how much they were charging for the U-Haul. We ended spending 45 more dollars than we were initially told.
