CHRISTOPHER BI called this location before going and the guy on the phone was ABSOLUTELY RUDE! I only was trying to ask a simple question and he told me to be quiet while he’s talking and not to talk over him, after I told him that I was the customer and he was rude, he hung up in my face and WOULD NOT ANSWER AFTERWARDS, that’s NOT how a customer should be treated
TEMEKA MOur business, SOIL Inc. operated in large part out of leased warehouse space with The WorkPlace Business Center. Our experience there was nothing short of positive. I would highly recommend to upstart business owners or businesses looking for functional overflow space.
Larkin I | Overall ExperienceThe clerk did not know how to rent a truck out which resulted in a significant delay in departure time. Recommend the clerk get significant training on the Uhaul interface. The clerk gave the customer a business card and said to call the owner. Then the customer handed their cell phone back to the clerk while the owner coached the clerk through every step. The clerk should have used the company phone that was next to them. The location was not the location the customer requested, the time was two hours later than the requested time, and the store did not have the requested equipment.
Samuel CThe location was clean, but the area is just a little sketchy. It was getting dark when we were dropping off the truck and we saw a number of homeless walking around it. It is just a rougher part of town.

Alisa RU haul personnel were inexperienced on how to do paperwork. Didn't give me a physical copy of my contract and wanted me to connect the trailer myself. Guy looked at me like I was crazy when I told him that was his job. Once he did hook up the trailer he didn't even cross the chains claiming he's never done this before. Thank God I knew someone who knew how to properly hook up a trailer because if I didn't I wouldn't have been able to complete my move. Very poor service. Would never recommend.

Angela GThe drop off location was difficult to find. There was no street address at the location or sign to verify it was the correct place. There were no other Uhauls there. We dropped it where GPS took us but we were concerned that we weren’t in the right place until my online drop off said it was successful. It’s needs a visible street address and sign for Uhaul drop off.
