They knowingly have me a smaller truck. Tried to cover up the fact they did it. Refused to allow me to upgrade to a larger truck. Costing me thousands because I couldn't fit all my stuff in the smaller truck. Missouri to Wisconsin twice instead of once because of their shady business. U haul's "compensation" no where near what we were robbed in this situation. I never want to do business with u haul again because of this.

John HI was bait and switched from the beginning. The theodosia rental place was very helpful but uhaul totally ripped me off. They was supposed to charge me $50 for the trailer then charged my card over $150. They also said I had the trailer more than a day. I had that trailer for 6 hours and that's it! Not happy at all and I will be going as high uo the chain as I need to until someone can do something about it. I called 6 times and was transferred about 6 more times. This is ridiculous. Next time I need to rent anything I'll never go to uhaul. Can't trust them anymore

Kevin BI greatly appreciate Ben's attitude towards my rental experience. I questioned the total in regards to my 72 hours of use yet it appeared I was being billed for 96 hours of use and Ben was my advocate and I am greatly satisfied with the outcome!
Don HClean out all the trash from the cab and have the tank filled to 3/4 capacity as I was expected to. The tank was below 3/4 when I picked it up.

Brett MBen, the U-haul dealer was great! U-haul the company needs to streamline the procedure. It is impossible to use your web site both as a customer and as a U-haul dealer. Ben was very persistent trying to use your computer site but it took many tries to get all the way through your procedure.. Thanks again to Ben in Theodosia!
