I didn't get my furniture pads and I was charged for them.

I was charged an additional $68 for fuel charges after returning the truck that I drove 27 miles-I put 4 gallons of gas in it, and as the UHaul representative that spoke to me (and refunded the charges) confirmed to me, the picture of the gas gauge at the time of my return is in the exact same place it was in the picture of the gas gauge of the prior rental.
