This was a terrible experience. No one there to help it took an hour just to be able to get the truck. And it was filthy inside. The driver door is unsafe i was driving and the door was open the whole time.! I didn’t realize until i parked and tried to close the door when getting out.

No personnel to review at drop off
James BThey charged me for gas although I put gas in the truck. I plan to dispute this charge.

Benjamin MI was charged an additional $68 for fuel charges after returning the truck that I drove 27 miles-I put 4 gallons of gas in it, and as the UHaul representative that spoke to me (and refunded the charges) confirmed to me, the picture of the gas gauge at the time of my return is in the exact same place it was in the picture of the gas gauge of the prior rental.
