Please note the store and associate were excellent. The issues I had were not with them. Now here is where my issue is. On Thursday, January 15th I reserved a 10ft truck through my corporate acct for a pick up on January 23rd. On Tuesday, January 20th I got a call from U-HAUL telling me the location I reserved through was running low on trucks. They offered me to pick up at this location and to upgrade for free (no cost difference) to a 15ft truck. I was hesitant but accepted. On the day of pick up I got there at 9:45am (scheduled pick up at 10am) and they started on everything right away. Once we got through everything (maybe 5mins) and the last screen, where is final cost was, lo and behold it was not the price I was promised and also what was not showing on my corporate acct app either. The lady at the counter tried what she could and had to call Mark, her corporate representative. He tried to walk her through on how to change the price, as all the notes were in the system. Unfortunately she was still unable to change the price, and Mark was also unable to change the price, he had to call someone even higher. At that point it was just about 10:15 and I had to get leaving so I had to pay the full cost. I’m not sure how long it took for everything to get fixed, or if it ever really got fixed in their internal system. However I am grateful for Mark for not giving up and today, January 24th I got an email that they had refunded more than what I was expecting. I just hope that they can make the system easier and that next time (I’m not sure there will be a next time I accept a free upgrade) that it’s already correct in the system.

Gavin WI actually wasn't happy that my location was just changed without even talking to me, the person renting the truck. It was way outta my way and cost me more in miles. I told Lacy i probably won't use uhaul again, because i'll need one the first of the month and don't need my location changed. Lacy talked to me a lil bit and helped me with my reservation she definitely helped and because of her i probably will use uhaul again, other than being far i have no complaints with her location.
