The truck had broken glass inside and on the easy load ramp. We were told the car trailer would hold 35in tires, we asked twice…went to load the trailer and it wouldn’t fit. Had to return the trailer. The district manager was very kind and understanding with the return and the inconvenience of having to drive back to get the vehicle since we couldn’t bring it. He saved our business with U-Haul.
