jeremy hAfter booking my reservation over 1week prior I received a phone call the evening before pick up letting me know my location for pick up had changed due to lack of availability and the closest location was 50 miles away. During a stressful time of moving I was very disappointed about the late notice and had to scramble to get a different ride to take me an hour away. Doug at the Grandview location was friendly and made the experience a positive one. By ask is that the corporate office does better!

James JWhen I returned the trailer in Kansas, the guy was reluctant to immediately check the trailer in. He was busy. I had to insist, that I be checked in and that I would not just drop the trailer off as he suggested, without being checked in. Your Grandview,Wa agent, Doug Thomas did an excellent job getting us on the road.
