The man running the location was unorganized, slow and didn’t appear to know what he was doing. He messed up our contract so after two hours, he couldn’t figure out how to fix it, we called corporate and they fixed it in five minutes. Love working with corporate..

Catherine HThis location was a secondary pickup option, which I wasn't notified of until the afternoon the day before pickup. This caused an unnecessary last minute shuffle to get the truck. A 3 minute drive to pickup became a 40 minute drive. Was supposed to receive a free day for the inconvenience, but in the end, never got it. Lastly, truck was given to me with 1/16th of a tank of gas, but had to be returned with a 1/4 tank. Minor issues in the overall scheme of things, but major when coordinating a cross country trip.
Anita MThe place of business was fine. However, my experience with the U-Haul company was horrible. My truck was reserved 2 weeks prior at a location 1.5 miles from my home. No trucks available the day of my pickup at any nearby locations. Had to travel an hour out of the way to get the truck. I was offered early pickup a day early for free and was still charged. Then after all that stress the location for drop off was calling me that same day to return the truck because it was offered to someone else by U-Haul! Truck was not due to be returned until the next day!
