First I was told car would not fit, so I called and had a competent person check and well it fit just fine and no damage ect so her being a condescending fillie was not necessary then I did not need a adapter to hook equipment up when told the same incompetent fillie says well she did not bring hers well of course not as I did not need one. Very condescending. I would upload a picture to show how uneducated they are but unfortunately does not give that option.

Richard JLet customers know a Saturday truck and key return is considered "after hours" and they pay for an afterhours drop off. No staff was on duty at the Glasgow, MT site so I had to call U-haul and ask what to do with keys. The person said drop them in the U-haul metal box there. Then I received a charge for $20.00 After Hours Service Fee. I should not have to pay this fee. Also, I left the truck with a full tank of fuel, more than when we picked up the truck in Sunnyside, WA. I request that the service fee be waived. Thank you.

Penelope AI've rented Uhauls from several states but never received one that was dirty and not cleaned at all and I've never had to ask about the items I rented (dolly, moving pads, etc.). They were always in the truck. It took an extra hour to get the truck because the lock didn't work. Not necessary Thompsons fault as the temperatures were cold and I'm guessing the lock was frozen. But had to drive BACK to town after we got home to load the truck when we found out the dolly and moving pads weren't included. When I called them they said, "We don't know what you rented." I find that hard to believe as every other Uhaul I've rented with a dolly and pads always knew. Truck was filthy inside and out.
Lindsay DUhaul customer service said they had to fix the order for it wasn't set up for 24 hour pick up... ? Not sure. Took the truck back to drop off in Missoula for I was getting text saying others were needing the truck, but didn't get a partial refund? Helping Uhaul out but not getting rewarded for it... sad!

Amy HMake sure that someone is there on time for pick-up, we showed up at one and no one was there for 20 minutes.
Amy HUhaul was dirty. Had to drive 120 miles from rental location to pick up. Was charged that mileage despite numerous calls and reassurances that it would be covered.

PHILLIP DThis location is awesome fast check in and Brandi seems pretty down to earth. I wasn't there that long to drop my equipment off. I didnt realize that you have to go across the bridge towards the back to the shop. Thank you Thompson and Sons for having a great location and even regular hours I will definitely recommend your location to others.
AUTUMN UNever go to Glasgow MT if you can help it. I rented the 20footer and drove to Kalispell just to get outta there. The Amtrak did not run the Empire Builder Route for 4 days. There are no rental car lots in Glasgow. This was my only way to get away from a bad deal. Bless you U-Haul

Ronald JWalked in and they all just sit there and lo9k at me for awhile. Finally get their attention and she slowly does the paperwork. Had me park trailer and wait for someone to disconnect. After 20 minutes I unhooked 8t myself and left. They had far more important things to do than deal with me.

Restarted process several times. Rebooted phone several times. Nothing worked. On hold for customer service OVER AN HOUR AND NEVER HOT ANYONE Guy came out of his home and took care of us. You app sucks.

larry oI wish the trailer had a little more headroom as it is not high enough to haul a refrigerator. Just a little more height would be nice.
Nick KYour corporate customer service is a horrible joke. The fact that I had to chase equipment across 2 states after putting my reservation in a month in advance is pathetic. Your system is broken! It doesn't work. If I was truly talking with your dispatch manager, she should be fired. This experience was so bad, I won't use you again. I have every intention in blasting how bad your service was every chance I get to whoever will listen.
