THOMAS SWhile this review asks about pick up/drop off locations, there needs to be a place to provide feedback about the equipment. My truck stalled when I was in the middle of nowhere, mid-trip. It caused great anxiety and fear. The number provided on the reciept and on the key dongle was useless - no answer from any support and no alternate numbers. This is a grave error on uhauls part. If trucks are ineffective as people are moving across the country, then you cannot advertise '24/7 support!' It is false advertising. Very disappointed in the experience overall; absolutely flabbergasted that the service numbers provided were completely useless.

Jarred BI live in Skiatook and reserved a pickup at the Enloe location. After being dtopped off I was informed that the Skiatook uhaul doesnt rent pickups and never has. Someone please tell the internet guy that. If u dont have pickups u shouldn"t reserve them. Duh. It would be helpful for customers if tjey are dumb enuff to use ur location again. Not even a apology just abunch of blah blah. Never again. Go to Owasso. Rodney Campbell
RODNEY CThe truck gave me issues 3 times. Very bad time starting the truck. Lost a whole days worth of moving because of it. Had to download the app and try to get roadside but it was way too far out

Diego SWhile a full of your employees were helpful, most of the numerous ones we dealt with were not helpful and we were hung up on a dozen times though we were being polite. App did not work!!!! Ever!!!! We rented several things over a well. It literally to hours to pick up and return trucks. I will never do this again. You have lost a lot with your current business practices.
RICHARD GWe rented two trucks on two different days and then returned. On each of the 4 transactions the app did not work properly. Each time took 1-2 hours to complete. Your customer services people kept hanging up on us. Each time we had to start over. I will never use U-Haul again. In one attempt to get a trailer, I went to a horse pasture with a locked gate. Horses roaming around the trailers. Seriously!!! It was a waste and I went to another vendor and rented a trailer. You have lost a great deal automating all this and then having your reps hang up on people.

Will DMy card was over charged $200 by the district manager and I didn't get my money back for 3 days, my rent was due. The women that runs the actual location Stevie is very kind and helpful, and I appreciated her very very much.
