The owner was very knowledgable and helpful. The trailer was ready and clean when I picked it up (6-ft X 12-ft cargo trailer). The equipment was in very good condition, and very nice to tow. The only suggestion I could make would be to install tongue jacks on the tongue, for easier hooking up onto the towing vehicle. I would readily recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a trailer.
