The truck was not cleaned off, we broke our scraper chipping the ice off the windshield. We had to drive it out of an unplowed section of the lot, getting it stuck on the ice underneath this section. The guy that came out to help yelled at my husband for not driving fast enough to get over the ice that we didn’t know was there. When getting the truck to the location to pack it, we discovered the back door was frozen solid and wouldn’t open. It took 3 of us to chip at the ice under the door to get it to open. We will never rent from this company again.

Great people
Christopher TI was told an amount but got charged a very different amount. I will like the company to speak in one voice. They should not say one thing to a customer and be told another thing to same customer by a different agent just because the customer services do not have a clear record of transactions so they next person to attend to same customer can continue from where the last customer service member left off. Now I m being told my refund will take 5 to 20 working days. Why am I being punished for a crime i did not commit?
Jennifer GWe called this location to enquire about the rental, and were immediately informed they had nothing available despite the fact the website displayed availability for the rental unit we requested. We were told to do the reservation online if it showed availability. Arrived for pick up to find exterior door locked, rang bell and knocked for 10+ minutes. We could see people in the office but they ignored the bell and knocking. Finally reach someone by phone and they open the door. It took another 30 minutes for the person to get the rental paperwork prepared. When we went out to retrieve the trailer, we had to walk through ankle deep snow and then try to pull the trailer out of an uncleared parking lot. This wouldn’t have been possible except we happened to be driving S 4ehe drive with excellent snow tires. All around poor performance.
TANYA AAgain, pretty painless, but there was nothing to sigh, or prove that I dropped it off. I took photos for my own protection.
