Rented a 26ft Uhaul a month ago and I must say that drove much better than the 15ft we just rented

mark W.Waited in the parking lot for over an hour because the woman at the pickup location didn't speak English and could only tell me that she “didn't do the Uhaul.†The man that did do the Uhaul rentals wasn't there nor was he coming that day. After being on hold for over 30 minutes with Uhaul, they ended up having to remotely do the pickup paperwork over the phone. I had movers that get paid by the hour, waiting and my house; ended up paying them for two hours just to sit in my yard!!!

tammy W.I got there at 11:30. Reservation was at 12:30. Was told person that rent uhaul wouldn't be in until around 3 or so although reservation was at 12:30. Luckily we saw someone outside while leaving and they called the uhaul renter and he came in to assist.

MISTI G.When I reserved my equipment I used a credit card and when I went to pick up the equipment they did not have my credit card number on file from my reservation and it caused me a slight delay. It seems like when a customer uses a credit card to reserve equipment it should be saved so it can be used to pay for the rental.
Wayne R.very poor service! There wasn't anyone there that could speak English well enough for me to understand. I had a hard time getting them to understand that I was wanting to return a trailer. I am not sure that the trailer I returned was checked in correctly. They didn't inspect the trailer. Just told me to unhook it and leave. I had a issue with the trailer leaking and some of my furniture got wet and was damaged by getting wet. I just got aggravated and left after unhooking from the trailer..
vick D.Pre-register. They tried to be helpful, but the only person who could process the rental had to come back to make it happen. Telephone number listed rang to fax line. Contact info and address on rental contract were all incorrect. English was not their first language and computer shills not their forte.

Kevin C.No one was present when I dropped U-Haul. I took a picture of the odometer reading, so there would be no question of the day, time or reading when I dropped the key in the box at 8:21 a.m. I was shocked to learn I was charged for an extra day and extra coverage. I phoned the company at 912-501-3041, and was told I would need to speak to the manager, but he wasn't in. When I tried to email the address listed in the body of the email which included the bill - 77904_AFM@uhaul.com, the email bounced back. I have called customer service. I would not do business with this company.
