The u haul wasn’t clean inside & trying to make pick up was compilation due to the lack of understanding each other, and the check engine light was on the whole time and that had me scared the whole way and back ! And it drank the gas . I returned it and the lady just said ok and I filled it with way more gas than it had when I received it .

The paperwork showed 1/4 tank of gas but only had an 1/8 I told store owner and he said paperwork would t show below a 1/4 Also need $$ back for miles not used

The lady at pickup was clueless about everything! The truck was on 3/4 tank of gas and the change oil light was on! The truck did not drive well and we had a long ways to drive ! I was t told I could reserve with my discover but actually pay with my Visa card when picking up truck and that did not happen as they charged my Visa card! This experience was not a good one! The hand and furniture dolly were not fastened in any way either! Next time I will use Penske

STUPID GUY BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH! THE TRUCK WAS FULL OF WATER AND SOAKED MY SHOES!! NO GAS IN TRUCK, COULDN'T FIND RIGHT KEYS THE FIRST TIME. BEER CAPS IN CUP HOLDER. TRUCK MADE WEIRD NOISES FROM REAR AXLE. CHARGED ME FOR THREE DAYS WHEN I ONLY NEEDED ONE OR TWO. FORVED ME A ONE WAY WHEN I WANTED TO RETURN TO HIS LOCATION! HE DOESN'T KNOW THE SIZE OF HIS TRUCKS.

Learn to speak English. Lady told me not to drop off a AT. It was where I was set up to drop so I just did it on the app. Uhaul sign hanging by one side. Not worthy of being a dealer .

Waited in the parking lot for over an hour because the woman at the pickup location didn’t speak English and could only tell me that she “didn’t do the Uhaul.” The man that did do the Uhaul rentals wasn’t there nor was he coming that day. After being on hold for over 30 minutes with Uhaul, they ended up having to remotely do the pickup paperwork over the phone. I had movers that get paid by the hour, waiting and my house; ended up paying them for two hours just to sit in my yard!!!

I was really confused about how the drop off actually work there was nobody to talk to because nobody was at that location to get a hold of during office hours supposedly so it was really frustrating

I got there at 11:30. Reservation was at 12:30. Was told person that rent uhaul wouldn’t be in until around 3 or so although reservation was at 12:30. Luckily we saw someone outside while leaving and they called the uhaul renter and he came in to assist.

I have rented a U-Haul three times in this year alone this was the worst experience I’ve ever had the check in was awful and equipment that I needed was not available I will never use this location ever again this does not look good on uhual.

When I reserved my equipment I used a credit card and when I went to pick up the equipment they did not have my credit card number on file from my reservation and it caused me a slight delay. It seems like when a customer uses a credit card to reserve equipment it should be saved so it can be used to pay for the rental.

very poor service! There wasn't anyone there that could speak English well enough for me to understand. I had a hard time getting them to understand that I was wanting to return a trailer. I am not sure that the trailer I returned was checked in correctly. They didn't inspect the trailer. Just told me to unhook it and leave. I had a issue with the trailer leaking and some of my furniture got wet and was damaged by getting wet. I just got aggravated and left after unhooking from the trailer..

Pre-register. They tried to be helpful, but the only person who could process the rental had to come back to make it happen. Telephone number listed rang to fax line. Contact info and address on rental contract were all incorrect. English was not their first language and computer shills not their forte.

I was in a hurry to drop the trailer - arrived to be told I would need to return the following day to return. No real explanation! Called uhaul, friendly agent did asssist, but an true inconvenience

Service was very slow. No furniture pads were available even though I had paid for them in advance. I had to go to another U-Haul dealer to get them.

No one was present when I dropped U-Haul. I took a picture of the odometer reading, so there would be no question of the day, time or reading when I dropped the key in the box at 8:21 a.m. I was shocked to learn I was charged for an extra day and extra coverage. I phoned the company at 912-501-3041, and was told I would need to speak to the manager, but he wasn't in. When I tried to email the address listed in the body of the email which included the bill - 77904_AFM@uhaul.com, the email bounced back. I have called customer service. I would not do business with this company.
