Pick up location was said to open at 10am, they open 9am, i couldnt get teuck because the "system" doesnt allow online checkout until 10am,,,i waited. Just alliw online or operator to change pickup please, minor stuff great rental
Jay ODid not have the dolley available. Opened later than the time I was supposed to pick up my trailer
James FThe truck had not been cleaned and there were used blankets all over the floor. I took a VERY long time to make myself understood to the person who was dealing with my contract. Make sure this location knows to check the truck for cleanliness before the next customer.
Deborah TNo one there to help. The lockbox did not work. No internet access to communicate with U-Haul. There were no pads or Dolly that I had requested. The truck was nearly out of gas.
DAVID BI would choose to pick up from a Uhaul store next time so I can talk with someone when I have a question. The store right there is a mexican market and the gentleman in the store was nice, but couldn't speak english. We had issues with uploading pictures to the app and it would have been helpful to talk to someone. Finally got ahold of a rep that helped us, but it was a lengthy pick-up process.
