Make me feel like I was begging for a free item instead of paying for a service! not my first time renting a U-Haul truck. I done this before and know how to follow the directions on the app to check out and returned it. When I walked into this location the person in charge make me feel like he was doing me a favor by checking out the truck for me after 5pm when I clearly requested it after 5pm. I work a 9-5 job, no way I can pick up before 5pm. Returning the truck: He clearly told me if you come back after 5pm you have to return it on the app. I followed directions since I was there after 6pm and this lady came all the way outside of the store to take the keys from me and check everything I had already post on the app. She make me wait several minutes until she double check everything! ( I missed the time to turn in my keys from the old warehouse) At the end I was the one saying thank you and have a great night!

JASON SWhen I went to return the truck he said it was at the wrong location. His records did not show it being returned to this location even though I had just picked it up 48 hours earlier at this location dealing with the same person. Finally found it in the computer after about 5 minutes. It was also far more expensive than I planned on.
JAMES HAbout 10 minutes before we were supposed to return the vehicle, someone called and asked where we were. He said someone was waiting at the drop off location to pick up the truck. We arrived at the location early. There was no one there to pick up the truck. The man at the location did the inspection of the truck, explained the paperwork, said he would e-mail it, and we left. I don't know where this person was who was supposed to be waiting to pick up the truck.
