Quit scamming your customers on failure to check the box on drop off locations and scamming the customer out of 66 dollars if the vendor on purpose was told by his boss to alter the contract in the vendors favor...I specifically told this Iranian i would drop the trailer off in my home town...vendor did and does this on purpose for a extra few dollars. High jack the contract on purpose...Barefoot a good friend of mine who has a vendor with U-Haul in Dime Box Tx told me that Tiger Liquor store also a u-haul vendor does this illegal act to make extra money...it's a scam....Barefoot also told me that this is not the first time this incident has happened. Many times by Tiger Liquor has profited off this scam...

Again, no personal contact. Drop-off location is a dirty lot where the folks from the next door liquor store drink and hang out. In general, I will never again use UHaul again. The lack of personal interaction and the 'self check-in/check-out' is anything but convenient (adding at least 90 mins to the process of pick up and drop off). 5 calls to the UHaul 'triage phone center' were aggravating. The drop-off location given to me via on-line reservation was an empty field along a highway (another 15 min on phone to get correct address). Never again. Good luck with this new 'human-less' service.
James WThe app is terrible. My reservation kept getting canceled and then when trying to re-reserve it would kick me out so I had to start over. When you're trying to to route all reservations and changes to the app, you've got to make sure it's solid. It's not. It's terrible.
