Mark LThe out going and in coming people need training. I rented the trailer on Sunday 6-1 and took it back in the afternoon. The person did not check it in properly. I just got receipt today after a call from someone asking when and if I turned it in. I told the person on the call they need more training. He gave me a crap answer, I needed to run a business and employees did not come from the womb knowing how to rent trailers.
Dale BWhen I picked up rental gas tank was a shade under the 1/4 tank remaining. I filled up the tank with 21.25 gl. $85.00. When I reached drop off destination I only used a shade under half a tank. I should be compensated for the 1/4 tank I did not use. Est. 5gl at $4.00 per gl. $20.00.
Jack WMove your trucks to somewhere else. That’s honest. I don’t trust this place with my credit card. If they can charge my basic insurance on the truck to the plus. Which I didn’t approve. I’m very concerned. Never had this happen before.
James MI reserved what I thought was a contact free pickup outside of the location's business hours, but I still had to go inside the store, that turned out to be open, to pick up the keys. They also did not have the dolly in the truck, so I had to go back in and ask.
TAYLOR SDont like having to be there at a specific time then was Told to come back because i arrived 25 minutes ahead of pick up time. Only to have my checkout via cellphone! The cashier at gas station was not kind or polite. The representative on the phone was not friendly.
Darren YI got billed incorrectly. Nearly 4x the amount I was supposed to be. I was ripped off. Waiting on "management" to contact me but will probably be given the run around
ELIESER PJust a drop lot at a chevron station, no information and no one seems to know what to do with the equipment. I was charged a $20 late fee but returned equipment 2 days early. When I called, the person I spoke with couldn't help and I need to call again to get resolved.
