Make sure the truck was cleaned so I don't have to pick up someone else's trash. Don't charge me for a whole day if I couldn't pick up the truck for 6 hours after I ordered the uhaul. Make sure you have equipment you say you have. Don't wait until I get to the store to tell me you don't have itPreston B.

your rep told me the size trailer i would need to fit a full size mattress and box spring and the box spring did not fit in the trailer. The whole reason i rented a trailer was just for moving a full size mattress and box spring so would have paid more for a bigger trailer if the information would have been correct.Brad B.

Dropped off on Sunday. Google maps never showed the place. But found where trailers were parked. Checked in online. Had to call the next day to tell them where Key was. I will never rent again without calling drop off to check it out.Becky G.

UHaul did not communicate with site, site not informed of reservation. Not site's fault but corporate let this dealer down, would not use Uhaul again, and I've moved over 40 times, 3/4 of them with uhaul. very disappointed with corporationDonna F.

Well, where do I start. First of all truck not available at reserved location. I was told when I changed date that I did not need a confirmation email that is where the problem started. They had the wrong date, then had to drive 30 miles one way to pick up another one. Business was closed when we got there. Called Kevin back and he was going to try and get ahold of owner and call me back. Never heard back from him but owner did show up. When we arrived it had been already reserved by someone else the following day. Anyway we ended up getting the truck after 1 hour later than when we had planned and still had to drive an additional 30 minutes back. I understand things happen but nothing went right from the start and my mother on hospice needed to get to Iowa.Thomas K.

The service I received at the start and end of my trailer trip was excellent. The only complaint I have is with the trailer itself. The holes on the boards on the side are not large enough to use rachet tie downs. We were forced to grind down the support hooks in order to fit the openings. The boards need to be wider to support the hooks needed to restrain furniture to the side walls. The boards need to be set up like your larger trailers.Tom T.

Dont charge me an extra 700 miles because the place i was told to drop off at cant fucking read numbers and cyphoned 450 bucks from my account while i was moving. And oh we fucked up, sorry, fuck your overdraft fees and such because we only took most of the last of your account without telling you. So fuck those bills and expenses you paid.eric B.
The people that worked here were incredible. They were very helpful and did a wonderful job. The problem I have is that the U-Haul I received had leaks in the front corners of the trailer. This very easily could have ruined all of my furniture. I had to repair the leaks myself, and luckily I had covered my valuable furniture with plastic. I was very unhappy that U-Haul refused to offer any kind of discount for this, especially considering they charged me nearly $1,000 to rent a trailer. Very disappointing.Zachary H.
