daniel hThe van wasn’t even looked at before being given to me. I had to ask them to remove boxes and garbage that was left in the van. And damage that was done to the vehicle prior to my rental was blamed on me.

Godwin BDidn't check vehicle while I was there. I filled gas to where I saw the gauge. It was barely over 1/2 and that is how I brought it back. there is no 9/16 indicator. I was charged 20.00 for 2 gallons of gas, rediculous!!!
jim bI was disappointed when U-haul unexpectedly changed my pick up location. It was very uncomfortable for me. There weren’t any additional equipment which I needed to rent in this location.

Thomas DI was charged for approximately 60 miles over what I actually drove. I am still waiting for someone to investigate and process my refund.
Steven WUhaul app wasn't working when I tried to return so I had to call customer service who helped me. Nothing bad about the Tilton location at all -- just the app experience for return was poor bc it wasn't working.
AYAN BLots of waiting at pickup and drop off on account of computer system malfunctions even though I had pre-checked in. App was not working for return. Truck could have been a little cleaner, looks like someone had lunch on the passenger seat of the truck.
John CThis was reserved for a pickup at another location. One day before pickup we were told we had to go further for pickup . We were not given much notice nor was any attempt made to allow us to drop off at a closer location.

Christopher HLocation is a mechanic and not a UHaul dealer. Good customer service though.The trailer straps would not stay in place during the trip. Definitely needs maintenance

David SThe driver side door on my rental would not close. I had to slam the door several times for the " driver door open" message on the dashboard to go away. I really don't find this acceptable. That is a safety violation. Good thing I only had a couple miles to go. I highly recommend you service that vehicle or take it out of service before someone gets hurt.

Luis DPlease do not use air freshener with scent in your vehicles. Some people with allergies or asthma can not tolerate to smell.
DONNA WTruck was dirty with empty soda bottles and potato chip crumbs all inside the cabin. windshield was cracked. drivers door didn't work properly.
tom yIT rained so the floor was covered in dry dirt. Not blaming anyone. can't really clean when wet. Secondly, the side skirt not secured totally because one of the previous rentals scraped the side. Needs some rivets to fix properly. I put some screws in to keep it temporarily in place.

KRISTINE TThe mobile check in/return process needs a lot of work. It was cumbersome, lengthy and even pointless at times. --Why reserve the vehicle if I have to enter all my info again at pickup? --I had to to to the office for the key. So why even use the app?! --You don't need my picture. Besides, a pic of anything will do so this step is completely pointless. --I had to wait several minutes to be approved for rental in the app when I already reserved? Why? That's uneccessary. Took way too long. --Taking pics of the vehicle at drop off is laborious. It might protect me but how many pics am I supposed to take to show there was no damage when I returned it? Just be way easier to drop it off at the office.
