CALLED WERE TO PLACE UNIT ON SATURDAY WAS THERE AT 5:30PM SAW PERSON ACROSS STREET TOOK PIX ,OTHER PEOPLE WERE DROPPING OFF TOO HAVE THE GALLS TO CHARGE EXTRA DAY 4DAYS LATER YOU NEED TO LOOK AT THEIR CROOKED BUSINESS PRACTICES. Timbes employees unfamiliar with vehicles. First time I went to rent tow dolly they refused to rent one to me claiming that uhaul online system would not let them. I returned home, made the reservation on-line and returned to pick up the dolly. (She didn't like that either. She let me know too.) Employee simply didn't know the difference between a Ford Ranger (4 cylinder) and a Ford Ranger Edge (V8).

Better info for after hours drop off. I got lucky and an employee just happened to be at tire shop or I would have had no idea of drop off procedure there. The online drop off couldn't locate me even though location was allowed. So I could not use online drop off.

Drop off location was across a busy major highway with no one at drop off location so you would know who to talk to or where to go to turn in the equipment. Had to find out from a store owner not related to this business.

I got charged $36.00 for gas because they said it wasn't where it should have been. When I put gas in it, if it wasn't right on the spot it was close. My husband is not working and that $36.00 that was taken out of our account was bill money. I know it didn't cost that much to be where it needed to be unless someone filled the truck all the way up. I am very disappointed cause I didn't intend for that to come out of my account. I knew we went over the mileage.

This place was awesome. I hate that I had to drive all the way to Burnsville after my reservation in Tupelo was ignored. Compared to the absolutely terrible experience in Tupelo to this wonderful place, it was a joy to walk into such a great location. Again, I'm just generally pissed that I was told my truck wasn't available and had to drive an hour away to get the nearest available truck.

The representative at this location told me I could drop off before close at the location in Pearl, Ms. It was never brought to my attention there would be an additional charge at the hour I dropped it off.

I had rented with Ferrell's Appliances in Corinth. When we arrived, they no longer had the trailer we had needed. They believed that UHaul had emailed us letting us know of the problem. I had never seen any email. This was for a high school theatre competition and it was totally unacceptable that we would have had to drive to another town, albeit close, in order to get a trailer that we had already rented. The two businesses worked out the issue and we were able to get from another business the trailer, even though our school check was made out to another business. That's not the way to do good business, UHaul. It's obvious you don't care about the needs of your customers. I'll not forget this next year when I need another trailer for the same high school theatre competition.

It took a 20 minute wait and a phone call to the rental desk before someone came out to the equipment to help my wife hook it up and check it out. They need to make sure that an employee is going with the customer to get them on their way.

My husband called to book and asked for Corinth pickup. He also discussed cost and told the sales person no insurance. We got an email confirming Corinth but ended up having to pick up in Burnsville. My parents were picking it up for us. The trailer was very dirty and the bottom was full of red mud/dirt. My dad had to spend a lot of time cleaning it out just so it was usable. The sales person at pickup was rude to my parents and also charged them insurance. When they asked what it was for she either could not or would not explain. They chose the cheaper one still not knowing what it covered. The sales rep on the phone was very nice but the one at pickup would make me not ever use them again!

So thankful they helped us get everything straightened out about the Uhaul since the lady at the pickup location was NO help at all and had our paperwork messed up. They got it all fixed for us at Timbes!

We were scheduled to pick up our rental in Corinth, MS. We received an email en route to Corinth that we were going to have to drive 20 miles out of our way to Burnsville in order to pick up the rental. The truck was filthy with the ash tray being stuffed full of cigar butts. The cab of the truck smelled so bad that it almost took your breath away from the butts. The gas tank was only 1/2 full. And we did not receive the hand truck and blankets that we paid for. All in all, a total failure on the part of Haul.

This is not directed at Timbes at all. They were very friendly and helpful. My problem is with UHaul in general. I tried to reserve a 15 or 17' truck and none were available in Corinth even though there are 3 dealers. Had to drive 12 miles one way to get the Uhaul and then there was no dolly. Was given the option to stop back by in Corinth and get an appliance dolly. Couldn't use an appliance dolly when I needed a regular dolly. So I had to make other arrangements for a dolly. And I had to drive and pay for 25 extra miles. Not good.

My pick-up time was scheduled for 7am. When I arrived Mr. Timbes informed me that no one could help me before 8am. When I referred him to my pre-arranged pick-up time he stated "That's your problem, there is nothing I can do about it." This location needs to learn the true meaning of "customer service".

I had a customer service issue with the mileage rate promised. I knew the local people couldn't do anything about it, but I called customer service and they had it fixed within 24 hours. Very excellent service. =)

Service the Cecile befor customer he's in it so they don't sit on side of the road for 4 hours. Have better call back times. Hire better customer service reps. And compensate the customer better when it your companies fault the truck brakes down an don't give the truck away to someone else when one person has had it reserve for a week in advance! I had the worst experience ever an to top it off I had surgery a month ago an I can't lift heavy things so I requested a dolly an it wasn't there so I had to load an unload it myself so if I'm injuried it will b uhaul a fault an I will find every social outlet I can an let the world know how poorly I was treated during my rental with uhaul!!!!!! I will never use uhaul again!!!!

Had to hook up the trailer by my self across the hwy from business. I am a 54 year old female the 6x12 trailer was heavy lifting off the ground. And no one directing me backing up to the trailer. They did not know how to hook the third chain I question them about.

Uhaul needs to inform customers that they will be charged for another day by picking up trailer early in day. I got a call at 730am saying the trailer was available for me to go ahead and pick up. I wasn't scheduled to pick it up until the following day. I was charged for it without my knowing.
