Experience with lock box was time consuming and extremely confusing. The app was running extremely poorly and the instructions were incorrect. Had a much better experience using Budget and Penske trucks.

carl dNext time when I dispute a charge actually contact me like the email said you would before you charge the additional amount. I did not get any voice-mail or calls from uhaul. Also make the check in process clear from the get go on the website rather than the 7 million layers to get it. Also, if the key is in a drop box like it was it needs to say that when checking in. It said to find it on a lockbox on the truck but no mention of the lock box several yards away from the truck.
KRISEY ZThis facility did not assist me while dropping off my trailer. I had to unhook the trailer from n my own and no one checked it in. I had to call customer support 3 times in order for them to close out my ticket. I do not live where I dropped it off and had to get back on the road without it being checked in and out properly. Very very unprofessional service.

SCOTT ZSite needs grading. Big water hole in front of where U Haul stuff is parked. Otherwise just fine.

Paul JI was promised a 26 foot truck and the day before you C/X that and tried to give me a small truck with a trailer. Timmys muffler fixed it and gave me the truck I was promised . A lot of stress was caused and I'm disputing the third day charge I only had it two days.

Bob CMake sure there are definitely a dozen of moving blankets not whatever they have available which was 10 not 12 and being charged a extra day on my turn in day when I called the 800 number the same day I rented it and was told I could turn it in after the 7 am time without changing it because I used eMobile checkout and turn in for this rental. The young woman told me when I got done to just turn it in using the mobile appt and when I went to do that and follow through on the mobile appt. I took the picture showing how and where it was parked at the turn in location, when I tried to make sure it went through, lost signal there and it started me back over on check in . So I went to the manager and he put in and made sure it went through. The process could be better then it was on check in and out

Suzanne DThe location had very limited furniture pads (10) and no furniture dollies. The web site should be able to know what equipment is available at the site so the customer is not surprised when they pick up the truck and they can't get what was reserved.

TOM JHe took my card and keeps running charges on it. After I paid the bill for the uhaul I see on my credit card hes running the card again for 27 dollars. And theres no reciept, no email or anything justifying the charge. I gave a mind to report him to the better business bureau
