I just wish we had more transparency in pricing. We used the truck for a couple hours and the price was a bit much. We’re a little disheartened by that. But thank you for allowing us to use your service we needed it and we appreciate it. We’ll do our best to ask more questions next time.

I reserved on the phone but not with the dealer. It was the national operator who set it up, helped me choose which trailer and told me the price. It was a bit over $100. I didn't pay much attention to the exact amount over the phone because I needed to hurry to the place before they closed. On arrival I was put on the phone with a lady as the worker present didn't speak English. She complained that my reservation was set for a couple minutes earlier. I told her it took me a couple minutes to find anyone working. She said they didn't have the trailer I reserved but would give me what they had at the same price. They hooked it up and closed the shop. A few minutes later while getting gas an email arrived charging over $200! I've called UHaul but no resolution. They record these calls but said they can't listen to recordings? Bait and switch is not acceptable!

I rented an appliance dolly to move a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. The strap on the dolly appeared to have to be cut and was too short to go around my refrigerator, so I had to use a ratchet strap to make it work. When I returned the truck, I gave the key to an employee and he told me that he doesn't handle the drop offs, someone up front does. He took the key and went back to talking to another customer. I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes thinking he was getting someone, but he never did. He looked at me a couple of times just standing there, but said nothing. I eventually just left even though I wanted to tell them about the dolly.

Was notified that car transport was not going to be ready at pickup time but could pick up truck and come back in two hours to get trailer. When I arrived to get the truck the only attendant was not there said she would be back in 15 minutes. She arrived an hour later but still on car transport. Got truck but had to come back in another hour to get the car transport. Delayed our entire move by 3 hrs. You also charged me for 16 extra miles even though I told the return location I had to drive the truck back to get the car carrier which was way more than 16 miles. Very disappointing. I’ll use Ryder next time.

Equipment was in terrible condition, truck had no gas to start. Transmission seemed like it needed service. Needed to sweep/remove trash from back of truck before being able to use it. Not helpful to have an off-site U-haul representative either.

Great location and people. Used them for the third time now and everything has been perfect every time.

Female attendant took my paperwork, took pics of uhaul, showed me where to park it. Backed it up into the spot. Unhitched it myself. Waved to attendant I was done. Got a call two days later asked if I had returned trailer. Told rep I had returned it same day I picked up and location. Verified after careful review.

The lady that runs this place is an amazing and she is precessional and straight forward if you have your checklists she needs. Give her five stars!

Would I recommend U-Haul to my peers? ABSOLUTELY NOT! I went to go pick up the U-Haul and there was no associate on site to assist me. After wasting 45 minutes in order to obtain a truck and figure who this associate was, and why they were not on-site, I finally obtained a truck. The U-Haul I obtained barely had any gas (I have a picture to prove it) and in order to ensure it did not run out of gas during my move, I had to take an exit off the toll road in order to fill it up. I was never reimbursed, instead I was charged EVEN MORE for going outside of my allotted miles?! The delay caused by Flora not being on site and me being given a vehicle with adequate gas caused me to have to pay my movers EXTRA for their time. Due to this, I WILL NEVER utilize U-Haul or their services ever again and I will actively seek to push my friends towards competing moving companies. Beyond disgusted with the service, the product, and the outright scam being run at this facility.

Truck was not very clean and there was very little communication from the folks at the dealer that we had to pick up from. Also our request for moving blankets was ignored as was our mattress bag that we had purchased in advance.

They check to make sure lights are working on the trailer. Fast to put trailer on and dropping off was fast as well.
