We showed up and waited in the restaurant for an employee to appear. After getting keys and hooking the trailer up, happened to look inside and it was FILLED with the trash of last customer, like literally no room. Worker told us the dumpster was full, asked if we wanted a $10 credit to take the trash with us, said no, waited while they found another employee to unload the trash, made us leave late and trailer was smelly

Jack CThis location for drop off was requested when I made the online reservation. For an unknown reason, U-Haul changed the drop off location to a location miles away. It was listed as a preference by U-Haul not a requirement. I returned it to my requested location. Handed the keys to the manager of the location who said he would take care of it. The truck was dropped off Friday afternoon but not checked in until Monday morning. My reservation showed the truck as not returned until then. Was very uncomfortable knowing I may legally responsible for the truck between the time I dropped it off until it was finally checked in. Called customer service 3 times before it was sorted out. First time I have used neighborhood locations for pick up and drop off instead of a U-Haul location. Pick up was good drop off was terrible. Will most likely avoid neighborhood locations in the future.

ANTHONY AThe representative had to check the truck in on his phone before he could check it back out to me. He marked the fuel tank as being full when it was actually a little less than 3/4 full. I had to go into the mobile checking on my phone to fix the fuel level on my rental. This location was very inconvenient and out-of-the-way. My original rental location did not have the equipment I needed, so U-Haul sent me to another location. This particular truck had no console, so there was nowhere for me to put my phone so that it didn't slide around the cab.

ODILJON Ethe store was gross and had an awful smell. My husband grew up in the city and said that is the smell of dead rats. dead rats!!! Truly disgusting.

Kevin WThis place is a scam. I was charged $70 extra for gas because they lied about the gas and mileage on the contract, and sent me the contract in Spanish? When I got home with the uhaul +trailer and started loading it up, the straps on the trailer were broken and I had to call someone out to help. I called Uhaul to file multiple complaints about the incorrect mileage and gas, who all reassured me I would not be charged. But Uhaul still charged me $70. After seeing 5+ comments that other people have been overcharged at this place I am not surprise. They probably use the uhauls for personal use and then make the customers pay. It’s extremely frustrating. Please save your time and energy and go somewhere else.

Mark EThe location was fine, but U-Haul had not scheduled me for my pick-up upon arrival. I had to work through the restaurant manager to get me taken care of, and the mats I ordered were not present. At least the truck was there though. Was delayed about an hour due to not being scheduled.
Ryan GIt's dark. I recommend more lighting at that location. Overall customer service was great. Very helpful. It was my first experience at renting a uhaul and it was very smooth.
Cheryl MI had a 10:00 reservation he did not show till 10:30. I had ordered furniture cloths, he said he did not have any. Had to go home to get blankets. Charged me for insurance that I did not ask for. Charged me for gas even though I put gas in the truck just before I returned it. I will never use U-Haul again.

WILLIAM HThey steal, I told them since the beginning that the truck had less than 3/4 tank, I returned the truck with more gas than originally and they still charge me extra. Also they invented 64 miles driven when I did less than 12, I only used it for 1.5 hrs. Completely dishonest. Give my money back
jose aI was overcharged because the people did not turn in the paperwork until the next day and I got charged for all that time. I have a Dispute issued with U-haul and am awaiting an answer I will update
