When I went to return the truck, the person at Tire Guru told me to put the key in a box; he didn't have anything to do with U-HAUL. A few days later, I received a text message to call U-HAUL. They wanted to know where the truck was. So I called and spoke to a very nice lady, and she said she would get in touch with Tire Guru. Two days later, I received another text message telling me to return the truck, or they would report it stolen. I called 321-4736296, but no one answered. Today, 3/20/2026, I got a message from my credit card company showing a $60.00 charge. So I called and spoke to a very friendly gentleman, Michael, and everything was fixed. I am not upset with U-HAUL, I think that there was some miscommunication at the end. I know things can go wrong sometimes, that's life. I will continue to use U-HAUL, as a matter of fact, I just reserved another truck for 03/24/2026. You are still my # 1 company of choice!

The location was very hard to find. He works out of a store until surrounded by a lot of broken down cars and tires piled up everywhere. I would not recommend this location. The gentleman that worked at the tire shop was not helpful at all. I had to call customer service to help with my return because he wouldn’t help me.
