RONALD WCounter person is well informed and answered a few questions, also helped me with the new age technology involved in form filling. Had people help to load and people to help unload, was asked what this cost U, by someone in each group, told them and also said get the insurance too. For under $10.00 it is worth it for sure. Somewhat quick in and out, two guys hooked it up, check lights an took picture. Place was closed due to weekend. Was asked to park the trailer in same spot, when getting there seen they had cleared the snow away to make it really easy to park unhook and be on my way. Thank You U-Haul

ROD PBack was not swept very good and window washers didn't work at all.
Gary AI was charged $7.00 for a dolly that was not in the truck. Charge was not removed.
James JThe truck felt like the front end was very loose, the tires were not balanced and wearing on the inside of the tire.
DUKE DWe dropped off the trailer when the location was closed, so I don't really have any comments on the location, but the website made me answer the questions.

Timothy RYour app for drop off was extremely difficult to use. It required me to take numerous pics of the same side/spot on the trailer without explanation as to why or what the issue was. For example, I took 7 pictures of the passenger side before it would let me advance to the next picture to take. It also took 4 tries to get it to accept that I gave it permission to use my location. I almost gave up.

Robert Bgood experience no issues... could let customers know that U haul trailers have hitches that are tighter than normal trailer hitches. This means alignment is a little more difficult .. this makes the trailers safer (less likely to inadvertently fall off)... however, can be difficult to connect

VINCENT FCharged me an insane amount of money. It also reeked like marijuana in the back, and I found multiple pieces of marijuana plants. Absolutely disgusting....

Stephanie SI have been here several times to buy tires, batteries, and also have tubes installed in my golf cart tires. Very friendly and helpful. While sitting in waiting area I was greeted by all the employees that passed by. I was offered coffee or water several times by them. I recommend Tire Wholesaler in Fremont to all my friends and neighbors.

edward sEquipment was clean but it needed serious maintenance the transmission wound out to over 3 rpms to shift and jerked shifting witch winding your motor out that high is hard on it . In my opion that transmission wont last much longer and leave someone stranded

Brent LThe truck I received was horrible. It was the 26 foot moving truck. The steering wheel was cocked to 10 o'clock. It bounced and vibrated all over the road. It caused the gas mileage to suffer Horribly. I threw up two times during my trip because of the bumpy ride. The staff at the rental location were friendly and sympathetic, but it really didn't help my situation out. I have rented a unit from you weekly for the past 4 months or so and this is by for my worst experience.

william sI was frustrated when I reserved it at the location less than a mile from my home, and then got a call saying “sorry! It was supposed to be Fremont!” - I had to pay for the extra mileage (20 miles one way, but still) - my budget was already extremely tight and that didn’t help. I had called before renting and asked the best way to go and was told that online would show what was available when I needed and to go through the website. Did not work out in my favor.

RYAN SHad to drive farther to this location..original location was Newago and I made reservations weeks in advance.
Paul CI got across town to pick up the Corvette I had recently purchased and found that the trailer had not been attached to the hitch. As I attempted to drive the car under the trailer the tongue of the trailer hopped up and nearly punctured my tailgate. The employee at U-Haul hooked up the trailer and I failed to check it. When I returned the trailer I got a call a couple days later asking if I had in fact returned it. When I stated that I had the young lady that called said in a rude tone and manner that I was to have taken it to a different location. her voice trailed off and she hung up on me. Not too tactful.
Shawn DHow people go around and take and check the equipments that are running for problems such as ratcheting down on wheels making sure that it’s hill in decent working order
