Representative was very helpful and pleasant. Check in process was simple. The only thing I would have liked to see was the additional charges for mileage if I went over the included amount for the rental. We could not find that detail anywhere in the contract nor could the representative see in the system where to find it.

There was no appliance dolly available, as I had reserved. Guy was nice and called other U-Haul location, said they had one. Went to get it and they said they didn’t have one.
