Not good customer service.gave me the key and find the truck. Just pointed towards where all trucks are parked. If im not used to renting i may have a hard time finding what truck. I need to enter the passenger side since there was a car parked by the drivers side no way to open the door.

It was not an official uhaul facility but proprietor was very nice and process was quick

Truck cab was dirty with several food wrappers/containers and food crumbs everywhere. When I arrived, the representative was a bit disorganized and thought my truck hadn’t arrived from the previous renter yet. Eventually he got it all figured out.

This transaction was filled with problems. The UHaul employee at pick-up was late for work, which put us an hour behind on our move. (We had originally booked at another location, but their keys had been stolen.) It was difficult to determine where the rental office was located. The truck's gasoline meter was on Empty, so we had to put in fuel before we could continue. When we returned the vehicle, there were signs everywhere telling us to wait in the cab until an employee came to check in the vehicle. Nobody ever came. And the worst part was that they charged us ($50+) for gasoline. We returned it with an eighth of a tank, but it had been EMPTY when we picked it up. So...there are some places where a lot of improvement is needed.

Very confusing as. to why we needed to drop off at this location other than your company knew that the truck needed to be serviced.

They had me sign for truck gas was lower than it said miles was at what it was and the car was dirty inside and out. I left to get a call to come back to get another car because I can't take it out of town they didn't even bring me the truck I had to walk around the lot trying the key for the n Ewwww we truck

I was over charged for the rental and the person made me wait until I could get my rental truck for hour. I had to wait for them to bring the truck to me for 15 to 30 minutes. When I returned the truck, I had to wait for someone to help me return the rental vehicle which went over the time limit of me renting the truck. I was told that everyone was on break or lunch. I don’t live too far away and I thought it was good idea to go to the closes u-haul rental. What made it worst was. I barely touch there gas which they lefted me with 25% which I only used I will never come back to this place.

I will be calling them first thing Monday morning. They charged me $14 for safe move coverage that I never accepted. They charged me for 7 gallons fuel which was not correct because I bought $25 fuel and went total of 33 miles. I will call them on Monday for my refund. I ask the lady what's my total when I returned the truck and she kept avoiding the answer until I saw the deceit on my final receipt. I have rented uhaul for years and this is my first bad experience.
