JUSTIN JWe needed to be on the road by 8am could not rent till 10:30 am - no reason given! We were originally renting from 17th st and the 26 foot truck was not returned so they set us up with 4th street and for some unknown reason could not leave till 10:30 - put us way behind! No sympathy given nor telling us how we might get compensation for this delay in our plans! Super frustrating! Cost me $300 as I had workers on the other end waiting to help us till 3pm - we don’t even get there till 2pm - I felt I needed to pay them as they were counting on the money! Grrrr Not happy!!
TODD PTitan Home Services is a phenomenal group of professionals who I have rented from twice. The trailers were clean with new chains and wiring. They were able to accommodate quickly when I needed the trailers.
MARK WI have no suggestions for improvement at my drop-off location. The transaction went perfectly.
MARK WLet the customer know before all but 1 location is closed for the weekend, that you don't have the appliance dolly! I had to flag down an employee to ask why it was missing and told they didn't have it and there are 5 other uhaul locations to get it from. Only 1 of those locations is even open on Saturday and none are open Sunday. This delayed our move. The location in newton, hutchinson (budget storage) and cusotmer support were great.
Lexi MI wasn't given a quote/estimate over the phone when I reserved the truck and was really shocked at the price when I arrived. The staff was very friendly and couteous though.
