I had a worst experience with picking and dropping of truck, and the customer service was awful that I had to wait for 1 hour outside in that cold weather and while dropping off it was a different nightmare that also held me back in -20 C outside and the application was another level of frustration that I had go through. In total I would definitely choose and recommend any of my friend to have this kind of experience at all. Totally I would rate negative 10 for the experience I had today.

DHANUKA WI had issue with the condition of vehicle. The truck was having a vibration front the front wheel on applying brakes especially while you are driving at 50km/hr+ and had to apply brakes which was really annoying and scary.
Ajay AThe experience of renting from U-Haul in general is on par with doing a drug deal. Sketchy locations and arrangements frequently changing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
