I did not receive a Uhaul truck from this location at all because they did not have the key to their one truck and neglected to inform me or anyone else of this (I booked my truck WEEKS maybe even a MONTH in advance), they were ZERO help with assisting me towards another Uhaul truck. I also could not get another from Scheduling on the phone (3 different phones on hold for 4 hrs). While I was waiting on hold with two of my friends a car pulled up trying to BUY me and my friend had to pull their gun out on them to get them to leave. Then I took it upon myself to just go to a different location for help where they said TK Grill would call me with a new key, which never happened, two hours later I went back to that same location for more help where they just gave me a Uhaul that was supposedly reserved for someone else. I was supposed to get a Uhaul truck at 10am but did not get a Uhaul truck until 5PM, because of this 7 hr delay I was unable to pack all my belongings as I was in a CRUNCH to leave AND considering we were in a hurry to get everything done that night things weren’t packed as delicately as it should have been so a couple of my items were damaged ! I’ve felt endangered, unassisted, inconvenienced, and sad with this whole experience with this Uhaul experience. If it were up to me, TK Grill would lose their Uhaul privileges because I’ve just felt ROBBED through this entire situation. I do appreciate the lady who ended up giving me a Uhaul truck and the two individuals at the Union location in Memphis but my move was entirely more stressful than any other move I’ve gone through because of TK GRILL.

You moved my pickup location last minute. That part of town is very dangerous. And then you charge me extra mileage after the fact. This whole process was ridiculous. I had to call and sit in hold for 20 minutes because your app is horrible. Couldn’t get the lock code. It’s a joke.
