Came in at 10am to pickup a truck and two trolleys I had reserved online. 1 person to manage both the cash register of the shop and the U-Haul counter with a line. Got out at 11am with the keys to a truck that had garbage left in the back and no trolleys…

Barbara HHello, everything was great with the rental except I was billed for not filling up the gas tank to the original starting point. I did this and have a photo of the original fuel level to prove it. The original record was for a gas tank at 3/4 full and it was actually slightly over 1/2 full. I communicated this to the store attendant and he said he would fix it, but it looks like this did not happen. I would like to be refunded my fuel charge of 18.74. Thank you, Evan

LINDSAY ALocation was pretty dingy. Truck was parked in a near impossible location to get out. Took a LOT of skill to SQUEEZE it out of the spot. Vehicle was filthy, with food and garbage inside.

Jackson SI had a really great experience with U-Haul thanks to Islam. From the moment I came to pick up the truck until the time I returned it, he was extremely helpful and professional. He patiently walked me through the rental process, explained all the details I needed to know, and even gave me a few tips to make my move smoother. What impressed me most was his friendly attitude—he genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and confident with the vehicle. When I came back to return the truck, Islam was just as attentive. He checked everything quickly but thoroughly, answered my questions without rushing, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s not every day you come across customer service like this. Islam went above and beyond, and I really appreciate his effort. I’d definitely recommend U-Haul at this location, and especially Islam, to anyone who needs a rental.
HUYNH NThe app wouldn’t work and I had to call customer service. Then when I finally got my license approved, the key was not in the truck. I called customer service again, and they contacted the site manager who was 2 minutes away. It took him another 20 mins to arrive and give us the key. The truck was dirty with sand.

ALEC HHonour the pickup windows in the reservation, clean the trucks, improve user experience for pickup - when I checked in to pickup my van it said no van was assigned and to call a number given. When I called the number the operator told me that they couldn’t help me and I had to go inside a pickup location. The pickup location had almost no relevant signage on where to go. The uhauls were also all blocked in. The drop off was even more unclear on what to do. This was a terrible experience and if there was any other option to rent a van I would use that over U-Haul.

Frederick HI was provided a quote upon the initial contract, and then had about 40$ added at the end for items that I never requested nor used (nor were even in the vehicle) and a big charge for gas even though I only drove 5 miles (which were also charged). This service was fine until that point and now the business seems very dishonest.
