ROGER O.Trailer was not properly attached to the hitch of the truck. The trailer came off, leaving it attached to thw truck only by chains. The truck had a check engine light on. All of which forced me to return all equipment and rent a truck from another location.

JEFFERY JEROME M.0/10 - Would NOT recommend! There was only 19 miles until empty when I received the truck and the inside of the cab was RIDICULOUSLY dirty, with trash, food, cigarette butts as well as stains that had obviously been there for a WHILE! It was so bad that my friend and I had to clean the seats before we even sat down. There was damage to the outside of the truck that wasn't "marked" as I was told it would be. I tried to dispute the condition of the truck on the website, but my request didn't go through... even after trying four times. Also, the truck didn't drive well at all. This was my first time renting a Uhaul, but I have been in them several times and they have always at least been clean. If I ever need to rent one again, I will go out of my way to make sure it is not from this location.

LARRY S.If you're gonna offer a mobile pickup, please make sure it works. This is not the first time. I'm not sure if it's the fault of uhaul, or the individual location, but this option is counterintuitive and adds time to pickup.
