Make sure the truck is clean inside and don’t just have trucks available in crappy condition just to make a buck!!

The parking lot was totally full and there was nowhere to park. Someone not affiliated with u-haul who I assumed was told me to park in a lot on the other side of the fence. When I got back to the entrance I was confused as I could not go in. I finally saw a sign to call a # to get help. The front lobby and building was messy and unappealing. The agent was very helpful once I met him but I then had to go get the u-haul which took 10 mins to get back to and get back on the right side of the road. I didn't have any problems other than that, but leaving no space in the lot to park, getting bad directions from someone I assumed worked there who did not, having to call a phone number to get help and then taking more time to go get the uhaul again myself is not ideal.
Aaron Athere was a lock on the trailer door, so He directed to a uhaul center 5 minutes away that had the key to remove it.
DAVID BNext time when you have a customer, be there for the appointment and don't ever walk them through something like this again over the phone. The person on the phone was hard to understand and I had to move a trailer sitting in front of it out of the way so I could get to the trailer that I rented. I could have just simply drove off the lot with the trailer but I called the number on the door when I found out that there was no-one there to help me. On top of that, good thing I have experience with this sort of thing otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to correctly lengthen the safety chains to be able to safely pull my things across the country.
DEVIN DParking was atrocious. It felt like one of those games where you have to unblock the cars. Took a while and dangerous to vehicles. Two random dogs running around. Missing the required dolly equipment I needed Maki me go buy it. Fuel was very low and light turned on as soon as I changed angle.of vehicle from the slope it was on.
CASEY HI had no problem with the location, it was more with the Uhaul company since it delayed me for a long time where I had no problem with my license and it cost too much and they charged me more than the quote that I had terrible service from you
Emilia IWe didn't have a dolly even though we paid for one. We never got refunded. Also, there was no gas in the tank when we picked up the truck. We barely made it to the gas station.
