Tim SLocation finder on Android phone did not work had to use iPhone
Kim WI was told by Uhaul extra days would cost $40 for the truck per day and the tow dolly would be $20 per day. I specifically asked this question. Nothing was said about the insurance being added on each day. Two extra days cost me more than $189 rather than $120. Penske might be a good choice next time.

Wendi CI had my pickup time scheduled for 11:00 a.m on April 1st. I got a voicemail Saturday morning that it need to be changed to 10:00 a.m. because the person working, Charlie needed to go to his child’s soccer game. When I called back I explained that I could not do that time and then Charlie said he would have to change me to on line pick up, he said he would send a link. My reservation ended up not being what I had planned. I only want the truck for 8 hours and had scheduled the truck for the 29.95 rate plus mileage, and planned to get the truck there because it was closer to where I had to go pickup furniture from someone at 12:00, in Chouteau, Oklahoma then I would drive to Muskogee to get the rest of my daughters stuff to move her. I knew doing it that way would cost less in mileage.

STEVEN DImprove the pickup by phone procedure with better instructions and what will be required at the time of pickup if using your phone. Luckily the shop was still open to get me checked out as the phone process was not clear how to do it.

WILLIAM WI told them I was going more than 60 miles and only got about that but I told them I needed more miles but did not get it. So I ended up paying almost $40 extra dollars I really didn’t have.

Bill SGentleman handling rental was pleasant, helpful, and clearly knew what he was doing to make this an efficient process, and he delivered good equipment. He obviously had done safety check of unit including tires. Trailer was outstanding - pulled cleanly with virtually zero sway and noise. Lights all worked entire trip, doors worked flawlessly.

June FI requested a drop off at Florence Arizona but the Wagoner Oklahoma Uhaul agent booked to another location an hour away from our home in Florence Arizona. Not good.

Jeffrey RMake the app better. Could not us it to check out as it would not recognize the location which is the same location I picked it up at. I'm a service type guy. I come to pay you money and you want me to work for you taking all those pictures to up load to an app that does not work and it's 95 outside. So when you get hot and something that is to make your life easier (not mine) I'm not happy. Don't know that I would recommend U-Haul. The folks at the location took care of me. Also. The attendant said the info I typed in for the rental did not take and had to go over all the stuff I keyed in again. So the truck was great and the service at the location good, but your tech app. -1.
Dennis BThe equipment was excellent. The staff was friendly. But U Haul corporate placed a hold on my account that took forever to come off, even when I was already charged for the rental. When I called the location, I was referred to corporate. I waited on hold for the 1800 number, and was only given a authorization code to give to my bank to release the funds. Total, I spent over an hour on hold to get my money back. If I ever need U haul services again, I will pay cash.

Javan HRepair the box trailer for all leaks!! Had some of my belongings ruined due to leaks somewhere in the roof. I will be filing a complaint and pictures of damages of items for damages.
