Extremely dangerous part of town. No drop off box. Had to get on live chat and call UHAUL to figure out where to drop it. Local business owner told me they were going to tow the uhaul... come to find out that was the correct lot and drop off after calling and texting. No clear signage at all for where to drop keys. Much more difficult and dangerous than it needed to be.
