The app was difficult to pick up the vehicle. Then later when I did the return, the app kept closing out and I had to start over again.

STEPHEN GThe 2 men working at TNG were extremely rude and unhelpful. The left us waiting to be helped (while they sold a lawn mower) and then acted irritated when they did help. They very poorly went over the agreement and failed to add my husbands as driver even after we asked (we went to another location to have that done). We were charged $99 for SafeMove without being told that's what we were paying for and then told it couldn't be removed. Not a pleasant experience and would not recommend this location based on the very poor customer service.

Jake LWe filled the gas back to the point required (just barely under 3/4 of a tank and that was the way we received the U-haul) and they charged us for 6 gallons ($26.12) of gas!! Not happy at all, will not use this location again!!!!
Dominic HI called multiple times to let them know of return date changes and NOT ONCE did anyone mention any additional fees!! We returned the trailer on 7-3-23 and they were closed for the holiday BUT when I called on Friday 7-1, I was not told they'd be closed!!

Curtis Lundocumented damage, truck wasn't ready, less than half of pads available, missing dolly, took forever, had attitude. It was also more than 5 preferred locations away, 15+ miles (I paid for that fuel @ 2.2mpg) - this was a miss for everybody involved. The truck also had check transmission and another dash light on, not a great feeling on a long drive.
Trevor DLocation did not have everything to complete my online order, which was problematic during the move. As a result, I had to purchase something from the business that I should have received from UHaul.

Dennis WWhen we got the truck, the gas meter was between half and quarter. My husband put the gas meter back where it was when we got it. Instead, got charged over $10 to put the gas meter to 3/4 full. Plus, my husband went through snow storm and didn't have the time to get the truck washed. It was dirty when we got it. No, we won't be coming back to you.

Richard WThis is my 3rd U-Haul rental in past 2 months. I really needed an appliance dolly for my move as I had requested. A regular utility dolly was left in the truck and the facility was closed when I picked up the truck. I had to find one on my own to complete my move. As you can understand, it’s frustrating when you are paying 1.09 a mile when you have to go out of your way! I expect a refund on the dolly fee. Thanks

Thaddeus TThe passenger side mirror was not in good order and would not stay in place. I was unable to properly see the traffic in the lane to my right. I had to drive most of the way in the right lane only. If you have ever traveled in Oklahoma, you know that is always the lane that the trucks have torn up. The person in charge was arrogant and did not follow my instructions on which of my cards to charge and insisted on charging me for a trailer that U-Haul asked me to tow to Lindale, Tx for them. I am pissed that U-Haul has yet to reimburse me the $81 I paid to TNG Power Equipment. If the $81 is not refunded to me, I will no longer be a U-Haul customer.

TIMOTHY LMaintaining the equipment I would think should be a priority. When I left the U-Haul parking lot in the pouring rain I noticed the truck steering was pulling to the right very badly. An already unpleasant experience of moving was made even worse by having to fight to keep the vehicle on the road for hours & 100's of miles.
Jerry VI only had trouble with returning my equipment with the online application. I do not, however, know how to fix this issue.
Belinda CThe trailer for the most part was in good condition. It was not cleaned (probably from the previous renter and looked to have been run into something on both side, but I took pictures before and noted it prior to leaving the lot on the pick up date.
