I reserved a dolly and furniture moved, but none were placed into the truck, but was still charged for them. I did the mobile check in, and it took over 30 minutes to complete as the “rental verification” didn’t occur until AFTER my pickup time, not sure why this can’t be done beforehand, so that it can make the pick up process quicker. The truck was given to me with only 1/8 tank of gas, but was marked on the contract as 3/4. I only drove the truck 22 miles and the fuel gauge did not move, however was charged over $50 for gas as the return process assumed I used a bunch of fuel, but the truck was provided to me with less fuel than was reported.

I have several issues with my Uhaul experience. 1). Your Uhaul App is terrible. It did not work properly and made it difficult to pick up truck. Had to call Uhaul rep and use Uhaul website to complete pick up. During return of truck, App kicked me out in the process of taking photos. I then had to call Uhaul and talk with them. Website and App need to be seem less and not have to add orders to account which I didn’t know I needed to do for the App. 2). Moving equipment was not in truck and had to rent from another location which required calling Uhaul. I had to make a trip to new location.to get equipment which caused delay in moving. 3) when I called Uhaul to speak to a rep, they would all give different information 4). Took a lot of calling to clear up final bill as my account did not get closed out after rental was completed.

10 foot truck was not cleaned in the bed as there was nails/dust/wood shavings all over. I had to sweep/clean out the bed of the truck. I was very disappointed. I understood that the vendor was a third-party Uhaul supplier but quality of truck was not what I had experienced renting directly from a Uhaul store.

What should have been a quick mobile pickup turned into a 45 minute ordeal because the staff still made me so a bunch of paperwork and they didn't know how to use the UHaul iPad. They also said nothing about being able to drop off later since it was their fault for eating up nearly 1/4 of my time so I had to rush it back to avoid extra charges.

The truck is very old with no power windows, no cruise control and when it reached about 75 MPH, it would not go any faster. It also did not get very good MPH.

The people here were great to work with. If I need to rent a cargo van again, I will definitely check here first! Parking lot available so I could leave my car. Gas station nearby to top off the tank before returning the van.

The Como drop off location by Toasted Wine Spirits & Ales is quite frankly awful. It is sketchy, run down, and super rough. There is no signage or clear guidelines on where to drop the keys. A man smoking a cigarette who didn’t speak English walked up to me out of nowhere without any sign of working for UHaul and extended his arm out to me wanting me to give him the keys. I had no clue who this man was and the surroundings were already so sketchy I didn’t know if I should give him the keys because we couldn’t even communicate, so I didn’t. The drop off box (hopefully it was the right one, there was zero signage and it was right next to an overflowing dumpster) was very hard to find. Very bad drop off experience, UHaul needs to do better for the price.

We were scheduled to pick up this vehicle at 8:00am on Friday morning. It was a different location than originally requested, so when the rep called me to confirm the new pick-up I specifically asked to do mobile pick-up (since I knew it was outside of the store's business hours). When we arrived (approx. 7:50am), the mobile pick up was not working. I called the customer help line and was on hold for over 20 minutes (never got in touch with a representative). I also sent a tweet to try and get assistance, and they responded promptly. However, their solution was for us to call the regional dispatch to see if we could find another truck or wait until 10:00am when the store opened to get the keys. Due to move-out late fees, the drive we had ahead and scheduled movers, waiting an additional 2 hours was not an option. By some stroke of the luck, the store owner drove past, stopped and let us inside so he could hand the keys over. Perhaps regional dispatch could have found us another truck quickly, thankfully I didn't have to wait to find out. I was very disappointed with our options after U-Haul's error, and their casualness in putting the solution-finding back on us. I've been a consistent U-Haul user for years and have never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, this single run-in reversed all of that. Very disappointed all around.

Instead of this location charging my card when the vehicle was returned they waited 10days to charge my card. That has set me back from current bills when I was thinking this was already paid. Not a good look

The site staff were very kind and helpful but the process of registering online myself and the pick up process was VERY confusing for both parties. I suggest the online customer end be more extensive so the pick up is more quick. It took about 30 minutes to pick up.

Put a sticker saying "Flex Fuel" on the side of the truck right above the gas cap, so customers know that it's okay to use regular unleaded fuel instead of E-85 as indicated on the bright yellow gas cap. Yes, we eventually found the invisible transparent sticker on the driver's door, but that's not where people look when parked at the gas pump (and it's not in the rental agreement, either).
