We were scheduled to pick up this vehicle at 8:00am on Friday morning. It was a different location than originally requested, so when the rep called me to confirm the new pick-up I specifically asked to do mobile pick-up (since I knew it was outside of the store's business hours). When we arrived (approx. 7:50am), the mobile pick up was not working. I called the customer help line and was on hold for over 20 minutes (never got in touch with a representative). I also sent a tweet to try and get assistance, and they responded promptly. However, their solution was for us to call the regional dispatch to see if we could find another truck or wait until 10:00am when the store opened to get the keys. Due to move-out late fees, the drive we had ahead and scheduled movers, waiting an additional 2 hours was not an option. By some stroke of the luck, the store owner drove past, stopped and let us inside so he could hand the keys over. Perhaps regional dispatch could have found us another truck quickly, thankfully I didn't have to wait to find out. I was very disappointed with our options after U-Haul's error, and their casualness in putting the solution-finding back on us. I've been a consistent U-Haul user for years and have never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, this single run-in reversed all of that. Very disappointed all around.Kelly L.

The site staff were very kind and helpful but the process of registering online myself and the pick up process was VERY confusing for both parties. I suggest the online customer end be more extensive so the pick up is more quick. It took about 30 minutes to pick up.Carys C.
Put a sticker saying "Flex Fuel" on the side of the truck right above the gas cap, so customers know that it's okay to use regular unleaded fuel instead of E-85 as indicated on the bright yellow gas cap. Yes, we eventually found the invisible transparent sticker on the driver's door, but that's not where people look when parked at the gas pump (and it's not in the rental agreement, either).Nathan B.
