ASSUMPTA UBy and large, the experience was an excellent one. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Pickup was smooth as butter. My only complaint is that I purchased twelve furniture pads (which came bagged up in bundles of six), did not use them or even touch the bags, but was rendered a charge. Despite this, I would not hesitate to use this location again.

OSCAR MEquipment is not the cleanest and very bad wheel alignment on the truck. Also rep could advise what truck matches the key provided. Less intuitive consumers may have trouble figuring out which truck to take

Mona MWhen I arrived the owner was outside cussing one of the people next door up and down. There price was higher then what I was quoted. I extended the rental and they called and said I did not pay for the extension then tried to charge my card over $230 after I was already charged more then the orignal quote. Then tried to say I didn't have the truck back in time when it was actually early. Worst experience ever. My orignal location for pickup and drop-off was changed and this caused my milage to double. Over $300 for 3 days and they want $236 more.
JIMMY II’m very disappointed in the location and U-Haul corporate. The gentleman at the location I rented to vehicle bless me out and hang up on me. Corporate told me When I called on the day, I had the rental. that I could Return it to a different location with no fee which I did. They even give me the address to return it to and they trying to collections for $263 because the guy where I rented it is a Rude obnoxious individual.

TED OMy rental for the truck was flawless. My service was excellent picking up the truck and taking it back. I called with a couple of questions and received fast service and answers to my concerns. I would rent a truck or trailer from this location again.

Peggy MWe were redirected three times to three different locations. Initially, the first location did not have the size truck we ordered. The second location did not have an appliance dolly. Finally, we were assigned to the third location (main street tobacco outlet). The clerk there was very helpful, patient with us and even checked some various pricing options for us. Once we received the truck, it was clean, it ran well and the dolly was easy to use.
