U-Hauls Mobile pickup process was a frustrating experience. It was not clear when I was making the reservation online that the entire process was via the app. My experience with the app was very poor. The app would not accept clear pictures showing the mileage and fuel. The app took multiple tries to recognize I was at the location to begin drop off. The concept of mobile pick up is fine but the app provided a poor customer experience.
Todd PThe one problem we had was trying to figure out the app. It was confusing trying to get to the point of paying and getting the keys. When people are already on a timeline and it takes a lot of time to get through an app it just frustrates them. Once we got thru that section, it was pretty seamless.

Adam KWorkers spoke very polite, were very helpful but Make sure all equipment is up to standard.. equipment needs to be checked and maintained. Is not their fault. Snow covered all the equipment and trucks .This isn’t an official U-Haul place

CAROLYNN MNo one was there. There were cars there but no one would come out. The door was locked and they had a ring door bell. We called multiple times and no one would answer. It wasn’t in the best part of town.

LORRAINEA LVehicle was blocked by another truck and with no one on site made the pickup process very difficult.
Derek HI called the site 3x to confirm they had a truck for me. No response. When we arrived the vehicle was damaged and we were delayed 15 minutes while they assigned a different truck.
David NHas to pick “best truck” out of 3 available. All 3 needed work and only one was drivable. There is no service door or anything. I knock on the guys side door to ask for help. I made sure that is way one way and I was dropping the uhaul off at Thompson road. He was on the phone with uhaul service and told the guy that’s where the drop off point was. I was still charged a wrong drop off location fee. Also inform customers of $175 hold on your card at time of pickup so they are prepared for it.

Adam HIt worked out ok but I was confused about whether I should have used the mobile return feature? I just handed the mechanic the key and he said he’d check it out later. I did receive a receipt in my email sometime later that it was ok.
Jim CFix the truck. Needs an alignment badly and something is wrong with maybe the wheels - makes a terrible noise. The people at this location are great!

Caleb KNickel and dimed me into the poor house. Shouldn't cost $200 to rent a $19 truck. Ridiculous!!! Never had this problem with the downtown location. The man is a rip off artist.

ALEXIS RTry to make the shop not so loud when doing reservations it only takes a few minutes to do. We also work at a shop and stop when customers come to talk or do business.I know time is money and when i am doing business i expect that same courtesy. They were very pleasant and helpful,and worked with us so thank you this was very my first experience there and he was honest and it was were i would recommend others to go.
