Leon FI would not recommend doing the self check out at all. We arrived early to get our truck, thought it would be great. However, it took forever to submit all the required information and took almost an hour to get our code to get the key to the truck. I was so disappointed and it put us way behind schedule and missed our move out time. Also, the truck was not clean at all.

Donald ASo the location is fine where it is, however I would had dropped the equipment off during the week day so that the personnel where there working. The biggest thing for me for the drop off location is that there isn't any set place to drop of equipment, and I mean the was none. So I had to drop of the equipment where I believe they would be fine and safe without blocking any entrance, exits, or doors. That right there for me needs to be improve is having a set area to put the equipment at the drop off sight.

I went to your website and ordered everything I needed including the time to pick up the truck, I even pre-paid on line Nothing and I mean nothing went as planned. I asked myself for the hour and a half that I was there trying to just pick up the truck what has happened to U-haul?????? Used to be such a good company. Never again will I allow this company to almost ruin my move, Sad but true. I could go into very detailed details of my bad experience but I trust you are getting my drift on this experince.

Chad TI have a home less than 2 miles from a U-Haul location and for the second summer in a row you made me drive over 10 miles to this very unacceptable location. When I asked about dropping off in South Beach Oregon I was told the lot was at capacity. I drove directly pass the South Beach location and they were not at capacity. I am very unhappy with U-Haul’s customer service. The trailer I rented worked fine.
