Was dropped of 1 day late on rental. They didn’t check it in until 5 days later. Now trying to charge for those 5 days.

Clerk wasn’t there even though the open neon sign said open. Front door was locked. Not a person around anywhere near the location. I had to leave my rented trailer without returning to a person.
