KENNETH WWhen I inquired with the lady at the front desk to ensure I would not be double charged because u have had this happen before she became irritable with me. Maybe she didn’t feel like working but customers are how people are able to work and she should remember that when helping people. Also, not sure if it is a system issue or location issue but the 15’ truck I reserved at the location was not available. I had to switch to a 10’ truck.
John BTook an hr to get into haul truck 1700 miles from home in the dark, when we finally got keys truck battery was dead, rook another 1 hour to get battery in truck and on our way 2 hours behind schedule, once on tje road we realized radio in truck did not work, again 1700 miles with silence was rough,

Parinya WThe place had plenty of space, only thing I ordered a dolly and it was not there and the location was closed so I had to call to have the charge removed and be without a dolly
Dominique PTow dolly was poorly maintained. Ratchet mechanism was frozen and had to be oiled before it would work. The strap was frayed from dragging on the roadway and had to be trimmed before it would work.
