Truck was filthy inside, all the boxes I placed in the truck were covered with dirt and pieces of plant and leaves. Completely unacceptable and no one cared to call and check or verify. Also was not notified about the $20 overnight fee, if so I would have returned in the morning. How am I penalized for bringing back earlier, cleaner, and with more gas, after only driving twenty miles?

Staff was not friendly. Cashier seemed to be bothered when I picked up the car. She lacked knowledge of the vehicle, checked me in and just gave me the keys. I would not recommend this place at all. No customer service.

Left front tire was flat, cup left in truck. Please clean up and make sure the vehicle is ready to drive.

The lady that I met when picking up the U-Haul was super awesome and informative. She was also the same one that was there to receive the U-Haul when I returned the U-Haul. She was great to work with and would definitely do it again through them if I needed to.

To be honest from start to finish my experience at this location went very smooth, easy and professional. I was treated great from the staff and I was a walk in customer. The rental process was quick and the return portion was just as easy and smooth. I recommend this location to everyone.

I’m more disappointed with U-Haul themselves. I messaged about being charged for 2 days of insurance when we only rented for 1 day and I never received a response back. Poor communication

There was empty soda cans and trash in the cab plus the steering wheel was super sticky and the back of the truck was covered in small leaves. The attendant said the gas was full but was only 3/4 tank. I went in and reported this to her and took pictures. She said not to worry about it, I won’t charge you but I can’t change the contract now. She didn’t charge me for The filth or the gas but I shouldn’t have had to deal with any of that or go home and clean the sticky stuff off the steering wheel. I’ve never rented a diet truck from you guys but this takes the cake.

The previous customer must have had product what we believed to be fish oil pills, because there were still some left smashed in the truck and it smelled like fish 🤢

The truck had mechanical issues. There was a lagging start each time. I only drove 10 miles but it cost me $25 to fill up which also lets me know there was likely an issue. Thanks.

It took a half hour to get through the checking process. The seat belt disconnected from the frame and I was overcharged. Bad experience.

The young girl in the front doesn’t follow directions she seems tired and disoriented. I like the old lady though the young lady doesn’t seem to like her job very unwelcoming . I will only rent if the other older lady is there

I left my rug in the truck and I don’t see on the contract that they can throw my stuff away they didn’t call or text me about me leaving anything in the truck so they throw away my expensive rug. Normally when I go to a uhaul they would call me if I have left anything in the truck this uhaul place didn’t call me or text me about my rug very disappointing. When I call the person on the phone “Kim”didn’t try to give me any solution to figure out the problem all she did was say they throw it away. Will not be coming back at all

My original reservation was transferred with a bs excuse of a truck being returned to the wrong location when this is an excuse for not maintaining your inventory. The truck I did receive had low tire pressure which should have been part of properly preparing the vehicle.

The windshield was filthy dirty. I had to clean it so I could see through it. Also, you advertise the truck for $19.95 a day. I drove it in town for 50 miles & paid over $74 for the rental. That is a scam. By the way I turned it in about 12 hours early & go NO CREDIT for that.

It took 45 minutes for me to get the truck because the internet wasn't good in the facility. The lady, "Kim" Was so frustrated and tried so hard to help. This was not her fault. It was the bad internet connection which she acknowledged is how it is in the building. But I shouldn't have had to wait so long and lose time moving.

No AC in the truck and the cab was full of cat hair - you’d think a car wash that rents out U-Hauls would check for cleanliness. Even if the truck was just dropped off that morning, I would have waited for someone to look at it before I drove off to at least vaccum the hair. Worker was nice at least

Super easy experience. No complaints. Only issue was the app wouldn't work when I tried to do the phone pickup option so I had to go in and do it in person. The lady said she was getting a lot of people with the same issue, so maybe if you guys could check into that? Otherwise it was great!

The vehicle had almost no gas. I had to stop on my way to get the stuff I was transporting and get gas. The windows were very dirty. The inside light did not work. The woman who assisted me was very nice. the inside of the bed was clean and there was a dolly available which I didn't ask for but was very helpful

I had a big screen TV I just had to move from one house to another that was around the block. I checked the odometer when I got in the truck and tracked how many miles I went which was only 11 miles. I returned the truck keys to the same person who gave them to me and she told me I went 44 miles. I let her know it was not physically possible for me to do that as I had only been gone for 20 minutes. She called U-Haul they said the odometer read what it read and I HAD to be charged for the 44 miles that was shown and a manager from U-Haul would get in touch with me to discuss the issue. They over charged me and the manager has not called yet. They should have check the odometer prior to me getting in the car to confirm the starting number was correct so this issue doesn’t happen to other customers. Very frustrated and hope I get my money back.

SUGGESTION [Based on confusion I had in nighttime return]; The mobile return directions read to park in your "Lot," but your complex is large, and almost all curbs were painted red [fire zone], so I guessed a place to park. More of my combustion was finding the key drop box, Being nighttime and w/poor lighting, I walked around the whole complex looking for the [small] box. The photo showed a door, but the complex has two buildings w/ a number of doors. This was the most frustrating for me. Other than those issues, I would choose this location again as the people were very nice and helpful. I hope my suggestions are helpful to you.

I rented a 15 foot truck. It has an over the cab packing location that leaked. It rained the day of my move and all of the boxes that I packed in the over the cab location were soaked.

I was charged for 20 miles ahead of time. I put on ten miles and they have not refunded the ten additional that I paid for. I always have to chase down the refund and it should be automatic. Not cool.

Uhaul kept delaying and changing locations for my pickup. I ended up finding out the trick was at this location 20 mins before they closed and I was 20 mins away. The girl waited for me and was very nice.

This gas station / car wash location has ZERO parking for returning large trucks. Plus, there's no obvious information where to find the return office. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

The windshield must’ve had a rock chip on the passenger side right at the frame. There was no walking around the unit beforehand. While I was driving about 8hrs latter I noticed the windshield when it started raining and the whippers, which need to be replaced where on, that there were cracks showing up. When I turned the unit back in they said I would have to pay for the window. I paid for insurance and said I would not pay for it.

My Uhaul truck smelled very strongly of urine. It was a horrible renting experience from the very beginning. I was jerked around and misinformed many times and spent at least 4 hours on the phone trying to fix the problem they created. I would love to speak with someone ASAP!

Make sure AC is working in trucks, and make the app more user friendly for checking in. We spent 30 minutes trying to check in to pick up the truck because the app kept erroring out.

Location does not have boxes, refrigerator dolly etc like many uhaul locations do. However, they did have blankets and a standard dolly which worked fine for my needs. Overall due to the location and where I was moving from / to, couldn't have been more convenient.

We did not have the moving blankets that we had asked for. The truck was not cleaned up. They hurried and washed the windshield.

After such a long and terrible pickup experience, this location almost made up for it all by being kind, quick to help, and very easy to do business with. I am so glad I returned to this location, as it’s the only experience I’ve ever had with Uhaul that was actually pleasant. Great job, Tom’s Family CarWash, and thank you for actually caring about your customers.
