Did not explain the expectations of tbe rental nor did they help at all either with the hook up and check to see if everything worked on tbe trailer. Right blinker was out and never worked. They were not rude but just not helpful for someone that doesn’t rent these often.

DARRELL TI went to the store in person to make my arrangements for a U-haul and auto transport. The person working the counter did not know how to make a reservation and told me he would have the person who was coming in later that evening call me. I received a call from Dan. We completed the reservation over the phone. I stopped into the store a couple of days before my move and was told that I did not have a reservation there. The female working the counter did not seem to care that there was some mix up. She said she did not know who Dan was and did not appear to care enough to help me. I almost left the store after she told me to not have an attitude with her. After receiving such horrible service already, I certainly had the right to be upset and worried as I had already paid for my movers and this arrangement could not be rescheduled. I asked her how we could fix the problem and we made another reservation for U-haul and auto transport this was Sunday 3 days before my move on Wednesday. She told me her boss the owner Hamaul? was very good and he would find an auto transport. I signed into my U-haul account and found that Dan had reserved my U-haul and auto transport in Bennington. I lived in Fremont and was relocating to Seward. I stopped in the store again Tuesday night and again the person who was working the counter did not know what I was talking about regarding my reservation and auto transport. I had to make immediate arrangements to get my car to Seward on Wednesday the day of my move, this costed me more money and frustration and anxiety. I am very disappointed and upset with the lack of service and professionalism that this U-haul location offers. I have always turned to U-haul for my moving needs. I will never use this location again for U-haul or any other services.

Dennis JMake sure all locations have appliance dollies for when your customers need them they will be there because of you not having one at the location or at any of the other rental places I have damage to my appliances since we had to use what I found. The lady at the store said she has asked for them and has never been given them and that makes me even more upset because you have been told of the need for them and have not done your part to make sure your customers are taken care of. Your website should not let us add equipment that your sites don't have.

She was the only person manning the entire station so it took longer getting things underway with the rental as she had to take care of other customers coming/going from the store/station. She handled it very well! It just made for a longer time on our end. She was a doll❤️

DOMINGO RThe only issue I had was the level of fuel. The tank showed as "full", and the attendant said it was full. However, after only driving 12 miles and not leaving it running unnecessarily (ie., when loading or unloading), it took 6.988 gallons to fill. Doing the math, that would mean that this truck only gets 1.71 mpg. As a result, the tank wasn't actually "full". Instead, it was mostly full and I had to put in far more fuel than was necessary.

Diana PThis place is a rip off. $200 for 2 1/2 days. It was suppose to be $29.95 a day. Charged us $45 for insurance we didn't want and charged us for a dolly we didn't get. The employees were rude and refused to help with the situation. I'll go elsewhere from now on. Maybe a different rental company. I thought uhaul was way better than this. Totally disappointed.

SETH CTruck only had a quarter of tank of gas. Had to put gas in just to get back to Fremont. Inside of cab was very dirty with cracker crumbs and potato chip crumbs. "yuck"

Juli CThey just make up charges for rentals and charge you rates that you didn’t sign or agree to. They have zero customer service and they don’t have any explanation as to the charges other than “the computer does it” I will be requesting an audit and filing a fraud complaint.

Trenique KThe lady behind the counter was the only one there working the register and she was busy with customers, I waited for at least an hour to get the u-haùl, and then she gave me the wrong one, i wanted the smaller u-haul for $19.95, so she had to redo the paperwork cos i had put alot of my stuff in it and then I got in it n the key wouldn't work. So i went back in to tell her the key wouldn't work n she had to redo the order. So I got charged two times on my debit card and the next day when I tried to call customer service I was on the phone for over an hour and I finally hung up and went to "chat" and then after another half hour i just left a message there to tell them to take off the $49 I should have only had to pay the $29 fee. I don't know yet if the $49 was credited mý account yet bos i waited to long for customer service!! I had to take the u-haul back later that evening cos someone had requested it for in the morning so when I stopped n filled it up I did cleán the inside, dash n doors , and also cleaned up the floor, and the windshield ! You need faster customer service cos it's hard enough just to move n then waiting on them to fix a mistake.

JOSEPH MThere is usually only one person working at this location so check in and check out can take quite a bit of time as they have to stop and help walk in customers. The trailers have no jacks on them so lifting them on and off the ball alone is not easy.

Lane CI believe it was Cindy who was helping us check out - she was lovely - great at follow up and communication prior to pick up. On pick up day, it was a busy morning for her to manage the register and check us out for the Uhaul. We didn't get a thorough walk through and didn't realize until Council Bluffs that the tires had bad tread wear and stabs in them. We notified the Council Bluffs Haul and they shared there was nothing they could do and advised us to drive to KC and keep the roadside assistance number handy. It was an incredibly stressful drive.
