The overall experience was less than stellar. We had difficulty picking up our truck and after driving 20 miles to the place for pick up (not the location we requested) was told they dont do mobile pickup and then were sent to the original requested pick up place, having to drive back 20 miles. We were given 24 hours but took it back after only 8 hours, we could not do a mobile drop off and went inside to find out why he allowed me to just drop off. The gas was way overcharged there is no possible way it took that much to return it to ¼ tank seeing we only drove it less than. 45 miles. U-haul fell short this time. Miserable experienxe.

ROBERT BI was charged for not sweeping out the front cab of the truck, which we also did uhaul rentals and never charged our customers a $50 vacuum fee for the front cab. Plus I was told $56 dollars and was charged $105. and some change!!
