Worst moving experience ever I rented a 10 foot, it is the first uhaul truck I have ever rented that did not have a ramp. So I had to step up and down off of the truck with every item I was moving. Which was extremely difficult with heavy items, it took me twice as long to load and unload. I was contacted after I had already picked up the truck, that I could get an upgrade to a larger truck with a ramp, and discount on milage, Gee thanks, that does me a lot of good when I get the text 20 minutes after picking up the reservation truck!! Then after I left the facility I was texted again to take a picture of the license plate to verify, ok great, I'm driving down the road and you want me to go back to the rental property and take a picture of the truck I have already left in🤨I refilled the tank when I was finished and drove back to drop off the " undamaged" rental truck, using the key drop box, I was so tired I didn't even keep the truck the whole 25 hours that I paid for. I actually only used it for 6 hours, which it should of only taken me 4 hours at the most to load and unload the truck!! I was only able to make one load/ trip because it was so exhausting climbing up and down into the truck. I have always rented with uhaul and never had any issues before for more than 30 years now, very disappointing 😞

Just an FYI--Apple Maps took me past the actual location about a mile away. I turned around and found it, though.

Fuel was low when picking up Filled as close to same level and got a 32$ fuel charge Tried calling but no answer Ridiculous
